View Your Content and Stats Using Activity

View your activity to gather insights detailing total engagement, impressions, reach, and past share activity.

🔸 This is accessible to all roles and permission levels.

Activity Dashboard

Click the Activity link on the top menu to view data around your activity in EveryoneSocial.

The Activity dashboard details how well your external shares and internal posts are performing, as well as how your reach has changed over time.

The dashboard includes the following. 

My External Shares: Content shared from the EveryoneSocial Workspace to another social platform.

• Shares: Content shared to your social networks, such as LinkedIn and X, formerly Twitter.
• Impressions: Total view count for network shares.
• Clicks: Total clicks made on shared content.
• Engagements: The activity count for people engaging with shared content—likes, re-posts, and comments.

My Internal Posts: Content shared to EveryoneSocial.

• Posts: Total content shared to the Workspace.
• Likes: Total likes your posts have received.

Total Reach: Total connections associated with the authenticated accounts on your profile.

Use the drop-down menus to change the default date range from the Last 30 Days to your preferred range. 

Scheduled Shares

Scheduled Shares are shares that you have scheduled to publish or that the Smart Scheduler has scheduled to publish for a future date and time. You can edit or delete posts by hovering over the post and selecting the Delete or Edit icons.

• Scheduled: Date and time for the post to publish to the network.
• Post: Details including the image, title, and description.
• Network: Social network the post will share to.
• Share Copy: Post commentary to be published with the post.

Past Shares

Past Shares are shares published to an external social network. Hover over a past share and continue to share to different networks by clicking Share Now. 

Past Shares has the following details displayed.

• Shared: Date and time the post was shared.
• Post: Details including the image, title, and description.
• Network: Social network the post will share to.
• Share Copy: Commentary published with the post.
• Impressions: Total view count for LinkedIn posts and tweets.
• Clicks: Total clicks made on shared content.
• Engagements: The activity count for users engaging with your shared content—likes, re-shares, retweets, and favorites.

My Posts

My Posts include content you have shared internally to your Workspace. Hover over a post and click Share Now to share to your social networks. 

My Posts has the following details displayed.

• Posted On: Date and Time the post was published.
• Post: Post image, title, and description.
• Likes: Total likes your posts have received.
• Shares: Times the post was shared to social networks.
