How to use chat support
- Select the orange chat button at the lower right of the screen
- You'll see two options at the top of the window:
- Answers: Search for information, guides, and other helpful tips.
- Ask: Use this option to reach us directly.
- If you choose Ask, you can choose one of the following options:
- Email: Use this speedy form to ask questions or request help. We'll reply via email.
- Chat: Instant message. This option only appears when we're not already assisting other customers. We'll reply inside the messenger window.
