Allowlisting Steps for IT Departments

In nearly every case, IT departments will need to ensure EveryoneSocial's emails go through to employee inboxes. This can be done using allowlisting, which requires a small change to a company's email and spam filtering settings.

Please ask your IT to safelist/whitelist our email static IP addresses and to employ an "allow all" rule to ensure deliverability. Without performing these changes, EveryoneSocial's emails will often be marked as unsolicited bulk or spam emails.

Emails from EveryoneSocial are loaded with content, links, and images. They'll arrive in the hundreds, or thousands, especially when Content Email campaigns begin.

Because emails are content-heavy and arrive in bulk there's an increased likelihood that EveryoneSocial's emails will be flagged as spam or identified as unsolicited bulk email (sometimes both), which means the emails won't arrive in the email inbox. They'll either be blocked or added to a spam or junk folder.

Allowlisting helps configure emails to arrive in the inbox. Take the following steps to allowlist emails and IP addresses used by EveryoneSocial.

Step 1: Allowlist IP addresses and emails

Please ask your IT team to allowlist EveryoneSocial's IP and email addresses and employ an "allow all" rule to ensure deliverability.

  • 198.244.48.215 (primary)
  • 143.55.227.142
  • 143.55.227.14
  • 161.38.195.189
  • 143.55.227.139
  • 143.55.227.132
  • 223.165.123.12
  • 223.165.123.15

EveryoneSocial's emails

  • alerts@mg.everyonesocial.com
  • support@everyonesocial.com
  • product@everyonesocial.com
  • cs@everyonesocial.com
  • hello@news.everyonesocial.com
  • hello@info.everyonesocial.com

Please note: Domain-based allowlisting should include 2 domains: everyonesocial.com   and *.everyonesocial.com . The second one has a wildcard, so it would allow subdomains. Some firewalls will treat everyonesocial.com as an absolute and won’t also allow the subdomains.

Step 2: Choose a From address and sending domain

This is available on the Enterprise and Unlimited User plan.

An EveryoneSocial CSM can change the email address sending Content Emails for any client on the Enterprise plan. For example, most clients prefer something like Company@mg.everyonesocial.com—everything before the @ symbol is customizable. This method clearly brands the outbound emails so the audience knows who sent the email and why they're receiving it. No additional changes are required from your IT department.

Step 3: Add platform access rules for EveryoneSocial domains

EveryoneSocial uses several domains for a complete advocacy program. IT teams should update platform access rules to allow the following domains/endpoints to be accessed.

The first two domains require a Workspace's unique subdomain. Copy this by logging in to EveryoneSocial and copying the URL in the address bar.
