Pin Posts to the Top of a Group

Pin Group posts to position them at the top of a Group's Timeline and the members' Timelines. This allows you to prominently position a post for readers to see what you need them to see. 

🔹 This is available on all plans.

🔸 This feature is accessible to Admin.

Access a post's settings

The ability to pin a post is part of a post's settings, which are accessible during a post's creation or editing phase. Check out our article to Publish or Edit Posts in EveryoneSocial.

Pin the post to the Group Timeline

Once you're on the post's edit page, scroll down and toggle on Pin this Post. Pin options will display as soon as the setting is enabled. 

  • Pin to Groups: Select the Groups to pin the post to the top of the Timeline.
  • Expires On: Select a date for the post to be removed from the top of the Timeline.
  • Pin this post to the timeline of everyone: Pin the post to every user's Timeline.

🔷 NOTE: Expiring a pinned post will remove the pinned position but will not remove the post from the Group. Click here to learn how to delete or remove a post.
